You can rent our limos for at least 4 hours. We do not operate rides that take less than 4 hours.

In case you have a complaint about a limo company and discussions with them fail, you can file a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission by completing the following steps:

  • print and fill out the Passenger Carrier Complaint Form;
  • attach any supporting documents (receipts, for example);
  • mail all the documents above to this address:

CPUC Complaint Intake Unit - Transportation Enforcement Section
Consumer Protection and Safety Division
505 Van Ness Avenue
San Francisco, CA 94102-3298.

Find out useful information about limousine services operating companies permit and headquarters by searching this list of passenger carriers provided by California Public Utilities Commission.

To protect yourself from limousine brokers, it's better to ask for proof of insurance and permits with your signed contract. All limousines are required to carry commercial insurance and permits.

When choosing a limo service try to analyze their reputation. Here are some hints that will have to apply to any professional limo company:

  • they will not avoid to meet with you in person;
  • they'll offer you an in-person tour of the vehicle that you will be selecting;
  • they'll offer you referrals;
  • they accept several forms of payment to choose from (other than cash);
  • they own their own vehicles;
  • their staff is reliable, polite and trained.

Limo brokers must have a TCP license from the Public Utilities Commission in order to broker out a vehicle. Brokers also need to have a PUC license to broker out. The license number (called the TCP) should appear on the website, and must appear on the vehicle that arrives to pick you up. It is tough to identify limo brokers sometimes and most consumers do not know if they are dealing with them or not. They may ask whether the company is a broker or not, but they may be lied to. If you do book from a limo broker, chances are that you may end up with a wrong vehicle, and the vehicle may not be licensed and insured.

Here are a few questions to make your first limo booking easier:

  • How long have they been in business?
  • Do their limos have air conditioning/heat that can be controlled from the passenger area?
  • Do they have medical insurance for their passengers?
  • Do they own the vehicles?
  • How many limos do they have in their fleet?
  • Ask if you can inspect the limousine in-person so you can spare yourself from unpleasant surprises.
  • Ask if you receive free champagne/alcohol during your ride.
  • Ask for a booking confirmation.
  • What credit cards do they accept?
  • Ask for a Rental Contract before paying a deposit. This will guarantee you will get what you signed for.
  • Will be charged any additional fees?
  • What are the final costs and the package prices? What about the hourly plus mileage charges?
  • What does the cost include?
  • What's their cancellation policy?

There's a strict connection between price and quality. If you've found the cheapest limo ride, before renting their services, consider the following facts:

  • limo insurance is expensive. A cheap hiring rate could mean that your limo service provider is dodging some insurance regulations, or is not fully insured;
  • limo license is expensive. A cheap limo price could hide inappropriate licensing;
  • owning limousines is expensive. A cheap limo rate could directly give you a hint about the poor quality of the services. Like in any other businesses - cheap is cheap.

As soon as the limousine arrives at the pick-up point, take several minutes to check if it?s what you paid for. If anything is different than you expected, call the limo company right away and discuss the details with them. Be sure to keep all your receipts so you can file a complaint later on, in case things don't get solved on the spot.

An up to date list with ongoing investigations of limousine service providers is available on the CPUC website.

Yes, you can. Please mention it when booking your limousine.

As awkward as this question might seem, it happens very often that limousine services double-book their vehicles especially on those busy week-end nights, for the sake of their profits. The cost of beer tastings is not included in the brewery tour price. However we do offer a FREE PINT per group to one of your chosen breweries. You are welcome to purchase an additional pint or sample outside of what is provided as long as you finish it at the establishment in which it was purchased, within the time frame of the tour schedule.

The tours may be customized in any way you choose, including special pick up and/or drop off points. Our drivers will help you choose your own itinerary for a special limo beer tasting tour throughout San Diego.

A typical tour will last between 3 and 1/2 hours to 7-8 hours long. This includes the driver picking you up and taking you to the first choice of your brewery, to enjoying beer tastings, tours and demonstrations at the rest of the breweries of your choice, and ending with a dinner or snacks at one of the breweries and the drive back. You can customize your tour any way you choose but it could differ depending on events or specials.

You can customize your tour and choose any number of breweries you want to see. To get a more clear picture, we recommend around 4 to 5 breweries, which we believe is a good average. If you choose to visit breweries for a full day of tasting, the best thing to do is visit 2 in the first half of the day, have a light break for lunch, and then visit 2 other in the second half of your beer tasting day. By doing so, you avoid ending your tour too soon and it leaves a lot of flexibility on where you can go in the “in-between” spots.

San Diego breweries provide 4 oz. tasters that sell for $1-$3 each and 16 oz. pints that sell for about $3-$14. We personally recommend going for the tasters.

Yes. Any person attending a brew tour may be asked to show their ID by either our staff or at any one of the breweries we visit. Your ID must be a valid state driver's license, passport, or any other government issued ID.

You must be at least 21 with a valid ID if you intend to drink.

We provide our clients with 72 hours in advance for any cancellations, otherwise the deposit gets charged. Late cancellation charges are calculated at the minimum hourly rate for each vehicle type.

We will provide you with complimentary snacks and bottled water during transit. Many breweries have food trucks parked outside or can provide burgers and other delicious food that pairs up nicely with craft beer.

Navigating through Temecula Valley is smooth and pleasant, given that the wineries are located in close proximity to one another. There are three wineries on the same side of the street that you can actually walk between: Wiens Family Cellar, Ponte Winery, and South Coast Winery.

However, most of the wineries in Temecula are spread out, so it is recommended to have a limo transportation company drive you to and from your winery of choice without having to worry about a parking spot or a designated driver.

Some of the wineries have picnic areas for those who do not choose to eat in their restaurants. You can bring and eat your food in those specially arranged places. This applies only to food; bringing your wine is forbidden and disrespectful at a winery.

The wineries with restaurants, of course, will not allow outside food, you have to order their specialties at the restaurant. For picnic area availability, don't hesitate to contact the winery you want to visit.

We encourage you to treat yourself to great food and exquisite wine while touring Temecula's quaint wineries.

Yes you can! The best way to support local wineries is to take home a few bottles or sign up for a winery’s Wine Club for special discounts and access to events held at the winery of your choosing. Wineries often ship out wine bottles around twice a year for their club members.

Yes you can! There are many wineries with restaurants on their premises where you can taste fantastic food paired with award-winning wines. There are also restaurants in Old Town Temecula worth seeing! Your chauffeur can also recommend a few places worth hitting up and will wait and pick you up once you are done.

We require our clients to call and book in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed and your designated driver will contact you in the next 24 hours to process payment and get extra details if needed. Please feel free to call us at 858-336-1894 and we will happily assist you.

Advance reservations are not compulsory but are recommended, so we e encourage you to call ahead.

A reservation is a guarantee for a great experience. There can be a wait list due to limited seating. Guests without reservations will be accommodated based on availability.

Feel free to give us a call when you decided planning your winery tour. We are more than happy to offer you all the help you need.

Some tasting rooms don’t encourage tips, while others welcome tipping by placing tip jars on the counter or including a gratuity in the bill.

While it is not typically expected, tips are always appreciated at most wineries and tasting rooms in Temecula. Tipping your wine pourer after receiving excellent service is a nice gesture. But ultimately, tipping is a personal choice and depends on the quality and satisfaction of the service provided.

To do so, we check reviews from previous tour groups and look for wineries that provide excellent, moderately priced wines, and of course warm & friendly service. We also check for any perks available (cave tours, barrel-tasting, wine-maker availability, and others). To make it even easier for our clients, we have a 1-minute quiz to help you determine what type of wine tastings best suit you. You can also create your winery itinerary HERE.

Surviving a wine tasting without getting drunk begins with having a meal one to two hours before the event and continues with eating between the tasting sessions.

Keeping yourself hydrated is also an essential aid in the wine tasting process. And don’t overdo it. Establish a limit of wineries you plan to visit, considering the number and types of wines you wish to taste. Take your time to enjoy the aromas and tastes of the wines.

Wine tours are all day adventures and, estimated, a wine tour can take anywhere from around 6 hours to 12 hours! This includes the driver picking you up and taking you to the first choice of your winery, to enjoying wine tastings, tours and demonstrations at the rest of the wineries of your choice, and ending with a dinner at one of the wineries and the drive back. You can customize your tour any way you choose but it could differ depending on events or specials.

Around 4 to 5 max is a good average. For a full day, the best thing to do is visit two in the first half of the day, have a light break for lunch, and then visit two other wineries in the second half of your wine tasting day. This also leaves a lot of flexibility on where you can go in the “in-between” spots.

Wine tasting fees in Temecula vary from one winery to another and sometimes from weekdays to weekends.

Depending on the specific winery you wish to visit, wine tasting fees typically run between $15 to $30 per person per flight. Wine can also be purchased by the glass or bottle. All wineries list their wine prices on their websites.

A typical wine tasting involves a wine flight - a group of wines, usually around five - with 2 or 3 ounces per glass. While the exact amounts can vary, they are enough for sampling and evaluating purposes.

You will be able to take 3 to 4 sips of each wine, and if you’ve hit several tasting rooms, those small tastes will add up to more than a couple of full servings of wine. So make sure to put your car keys aside and have a limo transportation service standing by to drive you and your group to your preferred Temecula wineries.

We provide our clients with 72 hours in advance for any cancellations, otherwise the deposit gets charged. Late cancellation charges are calculated at the minimum hourly rate for each vehicle type.

Yes you may bring your child or your dog on tour if you would like.

While many sommeliers say that eating before a wine tasting can affect your palate and sense of smell, influencing the taste of the wine, if you’re on a wine tour and plan to hit multiple wineries, it is recommended not to drink on an empty stomach.

You can start your day with a bland meal one-two hours before a tasting and avoid highly acidic, spicy, bitter, or super sweet foods or beverages with lingering smells or tastes. You can then help yourself to crackers during the tasting to help cleanse your palate between wines.

The cost of the limo includes chauffeur, fuel, ice, ice bins, napkins and glassware.

Visiting Temecula is always a good idea, as the landscape here is breathtaking at any time of year.

If lush, green vineyards are your thing, then spring and summer are the perfect seasons for you to go on a Temecula winery tour. Your experience will be different if you plan to visit Temecula wineries in autumn. Harvest season is a busy time at the wineries, and you could gain more insight into the winemaking process.

Planning a winery visit in winter also has its advantages, as an off-season period might be ideal for wine enthusiasts to access tour areas that are otherwise unavailable in periods with too much activity.

Going on a wine tasting tour involves casual attire that allows you to enjoy your day in a mix of comfort and style:

  • Bring comfortable shoes: preferably closed-toe shoes, perfect for walking through dust and withstanding varying temperatures. High heels are not recommended for women.
  • Wear layers: bringing along a cover-up or jacket is a great idea, given the temperature changes from one moment of the day to another.
  • Avoid wearing white clothes: they could get stained easily.
  • Adjust your attire to the temperature and the venue: the goal is to be comfortable and presentable. While most wineries don’t have a dress code, your clothing should be more polished due to the classy nature of wine tasting.

The main takeaway is to be mindful of the setting but don’t stres too much about your winery tasting tour attire and dress to enjoy your experience to the fullest.

A wine tasting can become a fun and memorable experience for anyone, even if it’s their very first time. Yet there are some tips to consider in the wine tasting etiquette in order to be a pleasant participant and make everyone feel comfortable.

Here is what you should not do at a wine tasting:

  • Wear perfume or cologne: overpowering fragrances can alter the wine taste perception, and you and your group won’t be able to enjoy your wines to their fullest.
  • Use gum or breath mints: they will alter your wine-tasting abilities when consumed an hour or two in advance.
  • Hold your glass by the bowl: always hold your glass by the stem. This way, you’ll avoid getting your prints on the glass and blocking your view of the wines, but also, you’ll not affect the wine’s temperature and ability to taste it.
  • Drink excessively and rapidly: nobody enjoys the company of an overly-intoxicated wine taster. So make sure you have all the fun without the headache. Focus on the color and texture, take in the aromas, and sip your wine to savor its taste.
  • Make negative comments: refrain from influencing another wine taster’s experience. Just share your feedback only after everyone has finished their own evaluation or if the host requests your input.
  • Pretend to be an expert (unless you really are one): if you are not an industry expert, then it is advisable to avoid acting like one. Feel free to give your opinion on the wines but don’t make the experience more formal than it has to be.

The wineries here have a long tradition of excellence and award-winning wines, and the vineyards are located on some of the most picturesque hilltop vistas around. When visiting a Temecula winery, you can try out some of the local wines, discover an array of aromas, go on a tour to understand how the wines are made and stored, and order your newly-discovered varietals to take home.

The wineries in Temecula Valley also boast outstanding restaurants with decorated chefs and incredible culinary highlights. The atmosphere at the wineries is always vibrant due to the entertainment provided - themed parties, events, and live concerts.

We are partnered up with wineries in the Temecula Valley. There are well over 25 wineries to choose from, so there will definitely be a few that will catch your attention. The rental starts when the limousine arrives to pick you up. Depending on what location you have chosen your pickup point, your driver will be waiting for you at the exact location. You will receive a phone call 5 to 10 minutes prior to the arrival of your limo so you can prepare.
